All orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed on the next business day. All items are subject to availability otherwise future ship-date will be notified on the item detail pages.
Once orders placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number that your order has been shipped.

VForce Collection by New Designers Space offers free UPS Ground Shipping for all orders in the Continental U.S. but not include Alaska, Hawaii, and all other U.S. Territories. For customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or all other U.S. Territories, orders will ship with the cost of $39, flat rate.
We can NOT ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses.
*In the event of merchandise damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. The same policy applies to stolen packages after they have been delivered to your destination.
*If you refuse any shipments from New Designers Space, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
*Due to the impact of COVID-19, some of our carrier partners are experiencing delays. It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive.
We hope you will love everything you order from us, but don’t worry if it doesn’t work out. you may return it within 14 days from date of delivery for full refund or exchange. Should you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please complete a return request form. The return request form should have submitted us within 5 days from date of delivery.
Please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received – NOT WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED, and have original tags attached. If these conditions are met, the item is in perfect re-sellable condition. We will not accept the return if the above conditions are not met and any sign of wear such as stains, makeup, and deodorant.
Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange or credits. The following categories are final sale: All items listed in our Sale Section are final sale / If promotional code is applied to regular sale items, then it is considered final sale / All markdown items are final sale.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges on orders placed outside the continental U.S., and you are responsible for all shipping costs on merchandise being returned to us.
HOW TO RETURN:
Please complete a return request form and include it on your return package. If a return form is not filled out correctly or missing, there will be delays in processing. Also, keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are stolen or lost in transit.

We can help you to get a return shipping label. Due to carrier price and surcharge increases, we are not currently offering free returns for all orders. Return shipping labels are a flat rate of $10. The cost of returned item(s), including sales tax minus return shipping label fee of $10, will be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If you had started the returns/refund process by submitting the return form but fail to ship your return package within the time frame, your package will be returned to you. There are no exceptions from this policy.
