RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you will love everything you order from us, but don’t worry if it doesn’t work out in case. Items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be accompanied by Return Authorization Number (Herein referred to as RA Number) which can be obtained by sending an email to email@example.com with your name, your order number, and product SKU numbers you are returning.
New Designers Space only accepts return or exchange in case of unworn, unwashed or damaged/defective item from manufacturer. We will not allow return and exchange on any items that has been damaged from anywhere else but our manufacturer.
All items being returned should be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn) with the original packaging to receive a full store credit or an exchange. If you have received a pack with the incorrect ration, please let our team member know as soon as possible after you have received the package. All returns are subject to either store credit or exchange. We do not refund on our sales. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, including all refused and unaccepted packages.
Once your return has been authorized, the package must be received at our facility within 14 days. We recommend that you keep and follow the tracking number as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be sent to:

We will not accept the items you have purchased on our flash sales event and unauthorized returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
We will issue your refund within 7 to 14 business days once the items you have returned is received at our facility.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays will be processed on the next business day. All products are subject to availability. Once orders placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
COST OF SHIPPING
Shipping cost is finalize based on package weight, dimension, along with destination and shipping method. These may vary by each brand. The final invoice amount includes the final shipping fee along with the order amount.
If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you. Some of these requests include:
- • Order to be shipped ASAP. (Items that are not available would be canceled and the available items would be shipped out to fulfill this request)
- • Call if items are sole out, but you still want them. (This may result in a delay in your order processing/shipping. Please provide best contact information for timely shipping.)
- • Ship when all items become available. (We will only hold orders for a maximum of 5 business days. If you would like your order shipped at any time during the wait, please call us)
- • I want my items faster, ship them as soon as they become available. (We will ship items as soon as they become available. Additional shipping costs may incur for expedited shipping.)
* Shipping time frames are just estimates from the date of shipment rather than the date the order was placed. Delivery can be delayed due to mismatched information, invalid address, and other various causes.
SOLD OUT OR PREORDER ITEMS
If your order contained a mix of in-stock, sold-out, back-order or pre-order item, the in-stock items might ship immediately. If any items are back-order or pre-order these may send separately once available. However, the sold-out items will be cancelled.
